Yea! We're back up!
On Sunday morning my email account was hit by something and I couldn't access it. Then my blog disappeared completely to which I almost ...

Do you have fencing around your garden? If not it probably won't survive. In Utah, the deer come all the way down the mountains and eat their flowers and garden. They eventually had to put up fencing for their garden. Good luck. I wish I had that problem. :)
ReplyDeleteOK - We went out this morning to see if our garden survived...lo and behold...the hoof prints made it clear that it was not deer, but ELK that were in the yard eating the grass and the new plants in the garden. Mike took the camera to fathers-and-sons this morning so I'll take pictures later and post them.
ReplyDeleteThey jumped the 4 foot high fencing and got into the yard. I don't know how we can keep them out. They can jump really high. I've been told we need to build a higher fence and electrify it...I guess I can do that for a garden area. It is just MORE money to spend. **sigh**
Ya they can be pests sometimes :)
ReplyDeleteHow about making an enclosure type thing for your garden.. sort of like a pen with chicken wire... then they couldnt get in and your garden could still grow.... PLus it prob cost a lot less...
